Great stay with the family, new owners are welcoming and doing the rooms up nice Great location with it only been a few hundred metres from the main shops and arcades
100% recommended ..very clean place with very comfortable beds and pillows,it's the most modern b&b we have slept in ,the shower and toilet was fantastic..water and refreshments waiting on the beds when we arrived,we felt very welcomed and the owners are absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to meet thank you

This is a really lovely guest house, the rooms are comfortable and well decorated, the bed was so comfortable! The new owners are lovely and welcoming, when I stayed they were still renovating the kitchen and dining area but I think that's open now. Will stay again next time we visit!
It was a one off. I stayed here as I visited a friend and his extended family and had to stay in a local bed and breakfast hotel. Well all I can say is it was like being in a home from home. They we very welcoming and the hotel was clean and tidy. The hotelier was a treat, made me feel very welcome, she was very friendly and easy to chat to. She let me park my scooter down the side of the hotel in a safe secure gated area. Pity I was only staying one night as I know that I'd have got on great with her and her partner. I'll be booking there again, next time I'm in the area. Thanks for making me feel welcome, it was really appreciated.
Very nice. The lady who runs this the place is so friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were very clean and cosy. Baby friendly.

Lovely pleasant stay, clean room, very comfortable bed and great shower. The host Anne is a lovely and so inviting, can tell the business means a lot to her and we will definitely be visiting again.
We stayed here in August for four days it was great.Annie was wonderful nothing was too much trouble. The guest house was in a great location, close to all amenities.We will certainly be back.
